Course objectives and aims:

The aim of the course is building the awareness of participants about what it means to be a trainer of older people (aged 45+) and giving them knowledge to deliver the appropriate training.

Learning outcomes:

  • How to design sessions/workshops
  • How to use different methods to activate trainees
  • How to deal with difficult situations and behaviours
